Because the battery's interior is usually 22-28% dilute sulfuric acid. When the battery is being discharged, the electrolyte can submerge the plate and there is still a little space left. If the battery is transversely discharged, a part of the plate will be exposed to the air, which is very harmful to the plate of the battery. Moreover, the observation holes of the battery or the top of the battery have exhaust ports to communicate with the outside world, so the electrolyte can easily flow out of the battery by transverse discharging.
1. Maintain proper start-up speed at start-up, not too fast.
2. Pay attention to the voltage of the voltmeter. If the voltage is lower than the limit voltage, the forklift truck should stop running immediately.
3. Forklift trucks are not allowed to change the driving direction by pulling the direction switch in order to prevent burning out the electrical components and damaging the gears.
4. Driving and lifting should not be carried out at the same time.
5. Attention should be paid to the driving system, whether the sound of the steering system is normal or not, if abnormal sound is found, the malfunction should be eliminated in time, and the operation with illness should be strictly prohibited.
6. Slow down in advance when changing.
7. When working on poor roads, the importance of the road should be reduced appropriately and the driving speed should be reduced.
